Silvia Armeni – Artist Biography
Silvia Armeni (born in Italy) is a Canadian fine artist. Her first one-woman show was in 1975, at " La Galleria dei Leoni ".To pursue her lifelong dream to become a professional artist, she moved to Toronto, Ontario in 1979. Her body of work includes collages of medieval Italian suburbs or Venetian canals which take shape as precious as an architectural drawing. She also creates oil paintings of Canadian country life.
